This awesome family was vacationing down on Clearwater Beach at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa and decided to have some family beach portraits taken. They picked a perfect night! We had great weather and lighting for the photographs. There was even a sailboat and the famous pirate ship that came across the water to add a special touch to some of the beach portraits.

Capturing portraits on the beach can be difficult to an untrained photographer. Elements such as the wind, lighting, bugs, crowds and weather all dynamically shift on the beach from one night to the next.
Since starting my photography business in 2010, I have captured over 1,000+ family and wedding sessions on the beach. So there is nothing I haven’t come across that I do not know how to work with.
Coming prepared to every session every time is crucial. I make the best out of the beach settings that we are presented with at your session. Sometimes I can shoot natural light, and other times its needed to use flash to capture those gorgeous Clearwater Beach sunsets. Furthermore I pride myself on being a flexible, dynamic professional photographer who can deliver beautiful portraits in any situation.
